The CW46 to rebroadcast January’s snowstorm game Saturday


Flint, Mich. – The Flint Firebirds Hockey Club announced today the final game that will be televised on The CW46 (WBSF) throughout Mid-Michigan as part of the ongoing partnership to rebroadcast Firebirds games for fans this offseason.

The fourth Firebirds game will air Saturday, May 2 from 1-3 p.m. (ET) and will feature the Firebirds January snowstorm game when the club hosted the Windsor Spitfires on Jan. 11 at the Dort Federal Credit Union Event Center in Flint. The game was difficult for fans to attend, so the Firebirds will be giving fans the opportunity to re-live that night.

Additionally, fans that are outside of the Mid-Michigan viewing area will still have the opportunity to watch this Saturday’s re-broadcast online for free as the Firebirds will be simulcasting the game live on their Facebook and Twitter accounts. Fans without either Facebook or Twitter accounts can still watch the game for free on any computer or mobile device by clicking here.

About The Flint Firebirds:
The Flint Firebirds are a proud member of the prestigious 20-team Ontario Hockey League. The OHL is one of three leagues that constitute the 60-team Canadian Hockey League (CHL), which is known as the world’s premiere player development league for the NHL.
