Firebirds Hosting National Women in Sports Night Friday

Flint, Mich. – The Flint Firebirds will be celebrating National Women & Girls in Sports night this Friday, February 3rd when the Firebirds take on the #1 team in the OHL the Ottawa 67’s.

The night includes a panel beginning at 5:30 p.m. that will be led by several successful women in the industry including Detroit Red Wings Reporter/Host Carley Johnston, the OHL’s first women linesperson Kirsten Welsh, USA Hockey Arena Program Coordinator Hannah McGowan and the Flint Firebirds own Creative Content Coordinator Riley Fox.
