Oshawa, Ont. – The Flint Firebirds posted a 5-3 victory over the Oshawa Generals in front of a near sell-out crowd of 6,000 fans Sunday to extend their franchise-records of 10-consecutive victories and seven-straight road triumphs. Evgeniy Oksentyuk recorded a four-point night (2G, 2A), Tyler Tucker (St. Louis Blues) scored twice, including the game-winning goal and Anthony Popovich made 23 saves to earn the win.
